Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Klovera, the studio at app.klovera.ai and the services behind it (the “Service”), operated by Internet Mastery (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The beta
Klovera is in an invite-only beta. Features change, some will not work as intended, and we may pause, limit or end access to the beta at any time. Please tell us what breaks.
2. Your account
Accounts are created by invitation. You sign in with a link sent to your email address; keep that inbox secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may disable an account that breaks these terms.
3. Credits and payment
- Paid work is charged in credits. One credit is worth 25¢. Current prices are shown in Settings; we may change them for work not yet started.
- Each render is estimated before it is sent and charged at its actual length when it finishes. A render that fails is refunded.
- There is a daily spending limit, shown in Settings, to protect you from runaway usage.
- Plans and credits bought through our checkout (SamCart) are granted to the account with the buyer's email. A refunded or charged-back purchase removes the credits it granted.
- Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except as stated here or required by law.
4. Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload and what you make. You give us the licence needed to store and process it and to send it to the providers that do the work (see the Privacy Policy), only to run the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including the likeness and voice of anyone in it.
5. Acceptable use
- No content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- No depicting a real person, or cloning their voice, without their permission.
- No attempting to get around credits, limits, or another person's account.
6. AI-generated content
Video, images, voices and text are generated by AI models and can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish and for labelling it where the platform or the law requires.
7. Connected platforms
If you connect a social account (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn), we publish only what you tell us to, and you remain subject to that platform's terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Internet Mastery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we will tell you by email or in the studio before a material change. You can stop using the Service at any time by writing to [email protected].
